What is Replyf and who is it built for?
Replyf is a Gmail Chrome extension built for virtual assistants and executive assistants. It generates email replies that sound like the person whose inbox you're managing — your client's or boss's voice, not yours. One click next to Gmail's reply button and the draft appears instantly.
How does Replyf learn my client's or boss's writing tone?
During a one-time setup (under 2 minutes), you select 1–5 emails from that inbox's Gmail Sent folder. Replyf reads them and learns how that person writes — their greeting style, phrases, and sign-off. No copy-pasting. Just select and confirm. Free for all plans.
Can I manage multiple clients' inboxes with different tones?
Yes — that's the core use case. Starter gives you 8 tone profiles, Pro gives 20, and the Unlimited plan gives 60. Each profile is a separate client or executive voice. Switch between them inside the extension with one click before generating a reply.
Does Replyf read the full email thread or just the last message?
Replyf reads the full Gmail thread. Replies are context-aware — Replyf understands what was said earlier in the conversation and drafts a response that fits the full context, not just the last email.
Is Replyf safe to use with client or executive email accounts?
Yes. Replyf never stores emails or sends them to our servers. It reads the thread locally in your browser to generate a reply. Your client's or executive's data stays private. Nothing is saved.
Can I give Replyf specific instructions for a reply?
Yes. Before generating, add a custom instruction for that reply. Examples: "Be firm about the Friday deadline", "Keep it under 3 lines", "Mention we need 50% upfront". Replyf follows your instruction while staying in the correct tone profile. If a draft still isn't quite right, click Regenerate — it uses 1 reply credit and you can adjust the instruction first.
What counts as one reply?
Every time you click the Replyf button to generate a response = 1 reply used. Your reply count resets every month on your billing date.
Does Replyf work with Google Workspace accounts?
Yes. Replyf works with both personal Gmail and Google Workspace (business/client) accounts. If you're managing a client's Google Workspace inbox, it works the same way.
How is Replyf different from Gmail's built-in Gemini or Smart Reply?
Gmail's Gemini and Smart Reply write in one generic voice for whoever is logged in — they don't know you're replying as a different client or boss for each thread. Replyf is built specifically for that: separate tone profiles per inbox, so a VA managing three client inboxes gets three distinct voices instead of one flattened AI tone.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan?
Yes. Change or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at your next billing date. No questions asked.
Do unused replies carry over to the next month?
No. Replies reset on your monthly billing date. If you need more during the month, upgrade your plan anytime — extra replies are available immediately.
